At Quality Water Northwest we guarantee we sell only the highest-quality materials, installed by trained professionals. That said, even the best products can have manufacturer-related defects, and even our trained and dedicated installers are subject to human error. Rest assured: We won’t stop until you’re 100% satisfied!
*The one exception to this guarantee is if their are unexpected changes in well performance, changes in the chemistry of the well-water, or changes in the volume of water being treated.

- Kinetico warranties are transferable to new owners, or they can stay with the unit and “go where you go” should you decide to take it with you.
- Kinetico warranties are valid only if your Kinetico product is installed, operated and serviced according to Kinetico’s recommendations and applicable local codes. Your Kinetico water expert will verify that the system is appropriate for your water conditions and will make sure your unit is installed properly for optimum performance.
