The use of a reverse osmosis filtration system is recommended as the most efficient and effective method for filtering fluoride from your drinking water.
The most common fluoride treatment method is using a filtered drinking water solution like reverse osmosis. Fluoride can be eliminated with a whole-house removal system through absorptive media, and, when practical, ion exchange with anion resin.
